Tech News Roundup October 4th Week
Since last week, we have started a round-up of all the technology news out there which we put together in one article. Catch the summary of all the important tech developments this week in this article in case you missed them. This week’s Tech news includes Apple’s new product launches: The New MacBook Pros, Google’s Pixel 6 Series, Android Apps on Windows 11, and Samsung’s new Galaxy series launches.
This week was far more exciting than the last one. Apple has launched the Airpods 3, its latest MacBook Pro model, and other tech-related products. Google presented the Pixel 6 range, the second generation Pixel Stand, giving us our first glimpse of new AI and ML features. Windows 11 has finally added Android app support. Samsung showed off the Bespoke Edition Galaxy Z3 and limited edition Maison Kitsune Galaxy Watch4 as well as Galaxy Buds2.

Apple: New Macbook Pros and Airpods
Apple kicked off the week with its all-new Pro line of laptops, the MacBook Pro14 & MacBook Pro16. The new MacBook Pros are equipped with a more modern design, M1 Pro- and M1 Max chipsets, 120Hz ProMotion displays, as well as a large variety of ports. Apple announced the AirPods 3 and the HomePod Mini colorways at its unleashed events. They also revealed the release timeframe for macOS12 Monterey. Apple launched a new Apple Music voice plan too.
Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
Google announced the launch of its new Pixel smartphones the next day. Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro featured the all-new Google Tensor chip with higher refresh rate displays, upgraded cameras, as well as newer models. Microsoft Windows 11 Android Apps update
Microsoft started rolling out Windows 11 to customers earlier in the month. However, the initial build did not include Android app support. Microsoft has released an updated Beta channel for Windows Insiders which finally supports Android apps.
Smasung Galaxy Event
How could Samsung be left behind? It hosted a Galaxy unpacking party event of its own. The Galaxy Watch 4 and the Bespoke Galaxy Z Flip 3 were revealed at this event. The Galaxy Buds 2 and the limited edition of the Maison Kitsune Galaxy Watch 4 were also presented. The company announced an update to its Wear OS watches. This software includes several new watch faces as well as fall detection and gesture controls.
