Apple Event Highlights 2021: iPad, Watch Series 7, and iPhone 13

Apple announced new launches of the Ipad mini and Ipad, Watch Series 7, and iPhone 13 series. Let’s dive in and find out all the highlights of the new features of your favorite devices.

iPad Specifications – Highlight 1

The new iPad is launched with a new A13 Bionic chip much more powerful than the A12 from last year’s iPad. The performance of the chip is 20% faster in all aspects including CPU, GPU, and Neural Engine. This iPad is 6x faster than the most popular Android tablet and 3x faster than the most popular Chromebook.

The new iPad is equipped with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide front camera. Centre Stage is an all-new feature that is able to detect people automatically and adjust the frame when people move around or more join in.

Another new feature of the Ipad is True Tone which is the adjustment of the display screen according to the color of the room. The iPad also comes with a first-generation Apple pencil making it as easy as writing with a pen on paper.

The price of this iPad is $329, 2X more storage, an all-day battery life. For schools, the price comes down to $299. The iPad comes in two colors which are Space Gray and Silver.

iPad Mini Specifications – Highlight 2

The iPad Mini comes with all new features including the Liquid Retina Display, increased screen size to 8.3 inches wide, True Tone, 500 nits of brightness, and anti-reflective coating. comes in four new colors mainly Purple, Pink, Starlight, and Space Gray. The Touch ID is right on top of the iPad Mini to unlock the device or for Apple Pay.

The performance of this device has seen huge jumps 40% faster CPU and 80% and faster GPU. From previous generations, this iPad has more than 2 times faster neural engine capabilities.

The back cameras of the iPad Mini come with 12 MP and are able to record in 4K becoming a mobile movie studio. Another new feature of the iPad mini is a new speaker with a stereo in landscape mode and also the second-generation Apple pencil which attaches to the side of the device. The price of the all-new iPad Mini starts at $499.

Apple Watch Series 7 Specifications – Highlight 3

The watch will be available in five aluminum new colors which are Red, Blue, Green, Midnight, and Starlight. Other colors include natural and space black titanium, Graphite, Gold Stainless Steel, and Silver. The Apple Watch Series 7 will cost $399, however, its availability is only later this year.

Iphone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini Specifications – Highlight 4

The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini have an advanced Super Retina XDR display, 28% brighter, and a contrast ratio of the OLED Display. The chip is used in the iPhone 13 and iPhone is A15 Bionic with a 6 core CPU which is 50% faster and integrated also with a 4 core GPU, leading to up to 30% faster graphics. The iPhone 13 comes with a 16 core neural engine enabling smooth video and image processing.

iPhone 13 comes with the most advanced dual-camera system with the 12 MP Wide and 12 MP ultrawide. The video of the iPhone 13 comes with an all-new feature called the cinematic mode. With faster 5G speeds and longer battery life than the previous iPhones, this is Apple’s best-ever iPhone.

The next generation of the iPhone 13 series comes in five new colors blue, midnight, pink, starlight, and red. The cost of an iPhone 13 mini is $699 and the iPhone 13 is $799. The storage space starts at 128 GB with a capacity to double storage space to 512 GB.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max Specifications – Highlight 5

This iPhone13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max come with an all-new camera system, a new display, and a bigger battery. The chip used in the phone is the A15 bionic comes with a new ISP for noise reduction and tone mapping. The iPhone pro comes with a 5 new core GPU the fastest ever in any smartphone ever.

The display comes with a Super Retina XDR and supports close to 1000 nits of brightness outdoors. Promotion adaptive frame rate is another latest technology of the iPhone 13 pro.

The iPhone 13 Pro has two versions the 6.1 inches and the 6.7 inches. There are 3 cameras mainly the Wide, Ultra Wide, and the Telephoto which are more powerful than ever combined with computational photography and also advanced video features with the cinematic mode.

Another Pro video feature is on the cards with the Prores video. This new feature on the iPhone 13 Pro can transform the making of films completely. The iPhone 13 Pro has all-day battery life.

iPhone 13 Pro costs $999 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max costs $1099. The iPhone 13 Pro comes in four colors: sierra blue, silver, gold, and graphite.

This year the iPhone 13 Pro has the option of 1 TB storage space joining the likes of 128 GB, 256GB, and 512 GB. All of the iPhone 13 Series can be pre-ordered this Friday, September 17th and they will be all available in the market on the 24th of September in the USA.
